The Chelsea crib is made of hardwoods and mdf and measures: 66 ¼” long x 30” wide x 45 ½” high; there are 2.25” between crib slats. The mattress support adjusts to three different positions; the highest position is for newborn, the middle is for when baby can sit up, and the lowest is for when baby can stand! The crib skirt length in each position is as follows: 18 ¼” from top, 13 ¾” from middle, and 9 ¼” from the lowest mattress position. The crib has a fixed non-moveable gate on each side which can be removed and replaced with optional toddler gates to convert crib to a toddler bed for $ 278.50.
