Ordering an original oil portrait is as easy as following these easy steps:
1.) Begin by ordering our pre-paid portrait kit. Inside, you will receive your order form with a complete list of options and upgrades, details about backgrounds and framing options, a protective photo mailer, and return envelope.
Always choose the best photos you have available. Large, sharp, detailed photos make the best portraits. The ideal size for printed photographs is between 4"x5" and 8"x10", or 300 to 600 dpi for digital files. If you would like your photo cropped a certain way, place it in the protective sleeve and outline the portion of the photo you would like included in the finished painting. You can even combine multiple photos to make a single portrait with multiple subjects. Touch up and enhancements are also an option to remove objects from photo for your painting such as glasses, scars or blemishes. For pets Everly is even able to remove leashes and collars.

3.) Mail: Send prints or a CD in the pre-addressed envelope provided in your portrait kit. Please be sure to include your completed order form when mailing your photos.
Online: Upload your photos to the web address printed on the order form and follow the online instructions.
Email: Send digital images to the web address printed on the order form and fax the completed form. If necessary, also fax or mail a copy of the photograph with cropping and touchup instructions marked.
4.) When we Everly Originals receives your photographs, the artistic consultants will contact you to collect additional information about your order and answer any questions you may have. You may contact them at any time if you need assistance with your order.
5.) Within six weeks, your portrait will arrive at your doorstep, complete with a Certificate of Authenticity.
