Shipping charges are determined based on the total amount of your order and are listed below. These rates apply only to orders shipped via ground shipping within the contiguous United States. Express Shipping is available on select items upon request. Please contact us for pricing and availability. Certain items, such as larger furniture pieces, require extra care and can not be sent via Fed Ex or UPS so they will incur a Delivery Surcharge, in addition to the appropriate charge outlined above.

Orders shipped outside the contiguous United States
International orders and shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, AFO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, and Canada will incur higher charges than stated above. Please Wiggles N Giggles for exact prices for these shipments and for specific information regarding international orders. Often times an item will only be available for delivery within the 48 contiguous states, which will be outlined in the product description.
Standard Delivery vs. Premier Delivery
Standard Delivery for larger items such as furniture includes placement of the item just inside the main threshold of your home. For an extra fee, you may request Premier Delivery, which includes placement of the item in the room of your choice, unpacking the item, and removal of packaging debris. If you would like premiere delivery please contact us and we will give you a price quote.
Furniture and Large Item Shipments
When ordering furniture or large items you will receive the shipment from a freight carrier, the delivery company will call ahead of time to schedule your delivery. You must be present to receive, inspect and sign for your delivery. You will also need someone available to carry the shipment into your home; the delivery company will not do this. When your order arrives, you are responsible for performing a thorough inspection of your shipment, in the presence of the driver. If you find any signs of damage to the item’s packaging, it is imperative that you note the damage on the driver’s delivery ticket. Please notify Wiggles N Giggles of the damage immediately by calling 763-783-0250 or e-mailing kelly@wigglesngiggles.com photos of the damage are much appreciated and will expedite receiving your replacement.
Delivery Time
Because many products at Wiggles N Giggles are hand crafted and made- to-order, shipping times given in the product descriptions are estimations. Wiggles N Giggles will make every effort to expedite the manufacturing and shipping of your items to you and will notify you promptly of any delays. Wiggles N Giggles cannot be held responsible for delays beyond the estimated delivery times given.
